How To Get Started With Bulk Items + Kits

Interested in ordering swag in bulk? Here's how to get started.

Bulk Items & Kits are available to Enterprise customers only. If you are not currently an Enterprise customer, please reach out to your account team or email our Product Support Team at help@snappy.com.

When reaching out, the more information on your project, the better. In order to provide you with a quote, we need the following information:

  1. The estimated quantity of items

  2. Your budget range (i.e., how much are you looking to spend per item)

  3. The date you would like the items to be available to send in the dashboard, or the date you would like the items to be delivered to one location

  4. If you want to create a kit (a box of multiple items)

  5. Who the intended recipients are, and a brief explanation of the project (i.e. is this for new hires, or to send to prospective customers, or a holiday gift for the entire company)

  6. Any items that you're especially interested in, as well as any items that you definitely don't want to send. For example, if you did sweatshirts recently you can let us know that you don't want to offer sweatshirts again.

  7. Your logo, in vector format, along with any brand guidelines and information on where you would like it on the items.

After we gather the above information, or swag team will get to work! We'll create a proposal with item images, along with a quote with pricing. You can review, request edits, until it meets your specifications.

After you review and approve the proposal, we'll send you an invoice. Once paid, we'll start producing the items and keep you updated on their status.
