Did you receive an email notification letting you know that your Scheduled campaign failed to send? Is your scheduled campaign listed "Sent" but there are 0 gifts under the "Gifts Sent" column?

Reasons for your Failed Campaign π«
βOne of the main reasons for a failed gift send is due to your credit card being declined by your issuing bank for one of the following reasons:
Your card has insufficient funds
The campaign total exceeds your card's monthly credit limit
The campaign total exceeds your card's per-transaction limit
Your bank flagged the payment as suspicious and declined the charge
To resolve this, please reach out to your AP/Finance team or issuing bank directly to make sure your card is cleared for all cases.
Send Your Gifts π
Once your card is cleared with your bank, head back into your campaign to trigger your gifts to send now. To do so, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Campaigns tab
Hover over your campaign β select the 3 dots icon β Edit
On the Gift Settings step, scroll down and adjust your gift scheduled time to "Send now"
Skip to the Review & Send step β select "Send & Save Changes"
