Recipient Notifications and Reminders

Notifications

There are four different ways you can send email notifications to your recipients to increase engagement in the store:

  1. Notify them while rewarding them using the scale bar from the Points tab.

  2. Notify them from the Last Activity section after you reward them.

  3. Send them email notifications as Reminders to visit the store and use their credits (points)/gifts.

  4. When activating Automations, your users will be automatically notified they have been rewarded with points gifts to spend.

Reminders

On the Activity tab under the "Send Reminders" section, you can see how many recipients:

  • Didn't log into the store.

  • Didn't order in store: logged in, but have not yet purchased.

  • Made a partial order: made a partial order and still have some remaining balance to spend

  • Made a full order. Spent all their points/gifts.

Activate and send automatic Reminder notifications to each group by clicking on the paper airplane icon.

Click on the 3 dots icon for more actions:

  • Email Template Preview:

    • Preview the email template by using the "Send me a test email' function.

  • Notification Frequency Adjustment:

    • Adjust the frequency of the notifications, by clicking on the three dots located on the top right side and selecting your preferred frequency.

    • As recipients' activity changes (e.g., they place an order), they will automatically move between recipient groups, and the reminders they receive will adjust accordingly.

  • Recipient List Download:

    • Click "Download list" to see who is in that phase and will receive a reminder email when activated.
