Automated Reminders
To ensure your recipients are claiming the amazing gifts you’re sending to them, Snappy will automatically send out periodic reminders to the email address and/or phone number that the gift was originally sent to.
Below is Snappy’s reminder notification cadence:
Days: 1, 3, 7, 12, 21, 28, 35, 42, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270
*This holiday season, gifts sent after 11/25/2025 will have the following reminder cadence to ensure recipients see their holiday gifts 🙌🏼
1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 , 34, 40, 46, 50, 60, 75, 90, 120, 240, 270 days
Resending a Gift
If you would like to manually send a reminder on your end, head to the Gift Activity tab → hover over your recipient's entry → select the blue Resend button. This will send the gift email to the top of your recipient's inbox! 📩
If you no longer wish for the gift to be claimed, you can choose to expire the gift. Any funds from the expired gift will be returned to the billing method it was sent from.
🌟 Once your recipient claims their gift, the reminder notifications will automatically stop.
