What is the Top-Up Feature?
The "Top-up" Credit Card feature allows your users to pay for their orders using their personal credit cards, even if they already have store credits. This provides flexibility and convenience during checkout.
Important: This feature is only available for point-based stores.
How it Works
Credit Utilization 🌟 + 💳
Users can use their allocated store credits towards their purchase.
If the order total exceeds their credit balance, they can pay the remaining amount with their credit card.
Full Credit Card Payment 💳
If users have no store credits, they can pay the entire order amount with their credit card.
Checkout Process 🛒
1️⃣ Review Checkout Page
During checkout, the "Your Order" section displays the total order amount.
If the total exceeds the available store credits, a section below the "Order Total" will show the amount payable by credit card.
2️⃣ Input Credit Card Details & Pay
Upon selecting "Proceed to Payment," users can enter their credit card details to pay the remaining balance.
3️⃣ Confirm and Pay
And that's it! Your recipient's credit card will be charged for the difference, and their gift will be on the way. 🚚
Setting Up CC Top-Up ⚙️
Note: This option will already be set as default, but you can make changes as needed.
1️⃣ Access Your Store's Dashboard: Log in to your store's dashboard.
2️⃣ Navigate to Customize: Click on the "Customize" tab.
3️⃣ Access Advanced Settings: Click on "Advanced settings."
4️⃣ Enable Personal Credit Card Purchase: Select the option "Purchase with personal CC."
5️⃣ Save Changes: Click "Save to store."
