You can now embed a meeting scheduler directly into our new gift experience, making it easy to connect with recipients at the right moment. Whether you're following up on an outbound gift or kicking off a new client relationship, this integration helps turn gifting into meaningful conversations.
What Is It?
The Call Scheduling Integration allows senders to embed a scheduling tool into the recipient experience, enabling them to book a meeting as part of the gifting journey.
Currently, we support Chili Piper only.
Calendly and HubSpot Meetings will be available in future releases.
You can choose whether the scheduler appears before or after the gift is claimed.
Who Can Use This?
This feature is currently available for:
Customers on Enterprise or Elevated tiers 🌟
Spot and Scheduled campaigns
Not available for automated campaigns
Setting Up the Integration
1️⃣ Set Up a Campaign: Create a new spot/scheduled campaign or edit an existing spot/scheduled campaign
2️⃣ Open Advanced Settings: Scroll down on the “set up” step and expand the Advanced Settings section.
3️⃣ Enable Call Scheduling: Toggle on Enable Call Scheduling.
4️⃣ Select a Provider: Currently, only Chili Piper is available as a provider. (Calendly and HubSpot support coming soon.)
5️⃣ Paste Your Scheduling Link: Enter a valid Chili Piper scheduling link.
6️⃣ Choose When It Appears: Select whether the scheduler appears before or after the gift is claimed.
7️⃣ Save and Preview: Save the campaign. You can preview the recipient experience from the Snappy Dashboard.
What Recipients See
If scheduling is set to appear before the claim, the scheduler is shown after the verification step, before the gift is opened.
If set to appear after the claim, the scheduler is shown in place of the final confirmation screen.
The scheduling experience is embedded directly in the gift flow and works on both desktop and mobile.
Best Practices
Use in sales campaigns to encourage post-gift meeting bookings.
Use in onboarding flows to initiate kickoff calls with new clients.
Make sure the scheduling link is from an active Chili Piper calendar with available time slots.
