The Snappy Dining Card is a digital dining card, redeemable at restaurants worldwide. It is not a general-use Visa card - it is intended specifically for dining-related purchases.
Recipients can typically use the Dining Card for:
Restaurants
Takeout
Pickup orders
Eligible dining-related online purchases, such as DoorDash or similar restaurant ordering platforms
To redeem the card:
Open your Snappy gift email or redemption link.
Follow the prompts to activate your Snappy Dining Card.
Once activated, you’ll see the card details digitally.
You can then either:
Add it to your Apple Wallet / Apple Pay, if prompted on your device, or
Use the card details for eligible online dining purchases.
A few helpful notes:
The card must be used within six months.
The card is designed for restaurant/dining purchases; it should not be used at non-restaurant merchants.
Because eligibility is based on how a merchant is categorized, it should work at merchants coded as restaurants, but it may not work at places categorized differently, such as some bars, hotel restaurants, catering companies, or marketplace-style merchants.
If a recipient has trouble using it, they can try a different restaurant or reach out to Snappy support (info@snappy.com) with the merchant name, location, purchase amount, and approximate time of the attempted transaction.
