Follow these steps to create and manage a new branded design using Swag.
Step 1: Access Swag
From the home page, open Swag in the top menu.
For new users, enter your company domain and select "Fetch Logo", or upload a high-resolution logo.
Please note that the logo used on your website may not be the best quality for printed items, so we recommend keeping your logo file handy!
If you are an existing customer, click on "Replace Logo" to add a new one.
Upload the new logo. You can add as many logos as you like - specific team logos, special event logos, etc., to your account for future use.
Step 2: Create a Design Collection
Browse the pre-built collection recommendations by selecting "Create Design".
Give the collection a clear, recognizable name.
Open the Country filter to review items available in different countries.
Step 3: Review and Edit Products
Look for products highlighted as "Needs Review".
Open the tile to see the issues and make necessary adjustments.
Select "Edit" to review the product artwork and error messages.
Make adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality items.
Step 4: Finalize and Send the Collection
When the collection is ready, select "Save and Send".
You will be flagged again for items that need review.
You can still send the collection without changes, but items needing review will not be shown to the gift recipient.
Step 5: Additional Options
Create a swag-only collection, a swag and physical gift collection, send a single swag item, or create a branded store for Elevated and Enterprise plans.
Adjust your budget to the desired price point before sending out your gifts.
Open a product to review its details, including additional color options, sizes, and descriptions.
Close Product Details to return to the collection.
Congratulations! You've now created your first design!
