Manage Thank-You Notes Notifications

How to view your Thank-You notes and manage email notifications.

At Snappy, we believe the best part of gifting is the connection it creates. To ensure you never miss a moment of gratitude, all users are automatically opted in to receive email notifications whenever a recipient sends you a "Thank You" note.

How it Works

When a recipient claims their gift and writes a note, Snappy sends a real-time notification directly to the email address associated with your account. This allows you to:

  • Celebrate Impact: See exactly how your gift made someone’s day.

  • Stay Connected: Keep the conversation going with your employees or clients.

  • Track Engagement: Monitor the success of your gifting campaigns as they happen.

Managing Your Preferences

While we recommend keeping these active to stay connected with your recipients, you can adjust these settings at any time:

  1. Access Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Account Settings.

  2. Navigate to Notifications: Look for the Email Preferences or Notifications tab.

  3. Toggle Notifications: Find the "Recipient Thank You Notes" section. Here you can toggle the email alerts on or off.

  4. Save Changes: Be sure to hit Save at the bottom of the page to update your preferences.

Viewing Notes in the Dashboard

Prefer to see all your notes in one place without the emails? You can always view the full history of "Thank You" notes by visiting the Gratitude Wall or going to Campaigns, hovering over the campaign, and selecting View Report.
