What is the Gratitude Wall?
The Gratitude Wall is a dedicated space on your Snappy dashboard where you can view and celebrate thank-you messages from your gift recipients. It's a heartwarming, real-time display of the positive impact your gifting efforts are making across your team or organization.
When someone receives a gift through Snappy and chooses to leave a note of appreciation, it will appear here for gift senders and admins to read. It's a great way to see the joy your gifts are spreading and build a culture of gratitude at work.
Where to Find It
You can access the Gratitude Wall from your Dashboard in the menu on the left by navigating to: Manage → Gratitude Wall
Key Features
🌟 Live Feed of Thank-You Notes
The wall shows all thank-you messages from recipients who responded after receiving a gift. Each note includes:
Recipient name (e.g. Donna H.)
Message content
Date received
Click on the individual tiles to see what gift they chose!
🔍 Search and Filters
Use the search bar to look up specific recipients or keywords. You can also filter by:
Campaign
Date Range
Sort Order (Newest, Oldest, Longest, or Shortest notes)
🔗 Share the Wall
Want to share the positive feedback more broadly?
Click the Share button in the top right.
You can enable Public Wall Sharing to generate a shareable link.
Names are hidden by default, but note content may still include sensitive information, so review before sharing externally.
FAQs
Who can see the Gratitude Wall?
Only Snappy dashboard users with access to your company’s workspace can view the internal Gratitude Wall. If you enable sharing, anyone with the generated link can view a snapshot version.
Generate a shareable link by clicking 'Share' -> 'Generate Link' -> 'Copy to Clipboard'. Your link is now ready to share!
Filters applied on the Gratitude Wall page of the Dashboard won't apply to the Snapshot's shareable page. |
Can I reply to thank-you notes?
Not directly through the Gratitude Wall, but you can always follow up personally outside the platform to continue the recognition!
