How to remove termed employees from your roster

Removing recipients from your recipient list can help you keep your list up-to-date and relevant.

Here's how you can remove recipients:


Step 1) Navigate to the main Recipient tab

Search for the recipient you would like to remove from the search bar.


Step 2) Select the box next to their name to highlight them.


Step 3) Click on the “Remove Selected” button to remove the highlighted recipients from the list

💡 TIP: You can also remove multiple employees at once by selecting the boxes next to their names and clicking “remove selected.”


To replace your entire recipient list: Select the box next to the First name column select all recipients click “Remove Selected.” Then, upload an updated list to your Recipients tab! 🚀
