HRIS Integrations is only available for Elevated or Enterprise accounts
Step 1
Click Automate Gifts in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Step 2
Select the type of Gifting Campaign you want to build
Step 3
Complete the setup for Campaign Settings and Gift Studio
Step 4
When you get to the recipients step you will have 2 options- Build a Recipient List or Dynamically Added.
We recommend using Dynamically Added
Dynamically Added means that as new recipients are added or removed from your HR system, they will also be added to this gift campaign.
Step 5
Click on the Data Sources dropdown and select your HR Integration as the data source.
Note: You can use multiple data sources here but you do not have to.
Step 6
You can add additional filters on your HR integration data using the Filters button here.
Note: Any filters applied here will apply for all new employee data on this campaign as well. Example: If you filter out First Name = "Jeff" then all future "Jeff"s will also not get gifts!
Step 7
Review and Launch your campaign. Make sure that the number of recipients on this screen looks right before launching your campaign.
