User Guide

Re-login to Snappy

  1. Click on the profile avatar in the top-right and then Settings

  2. Find Authentication Settings for External Systems and select it

  3. Click New

  4. If you are an Admin user, you will be prompted to select the User. A Standard user will not need to specify the user.

  5. Ensure Start Authentication Flow on Save is checked and then click Save

  6. You will be redirected to the Snappy login screen and enter your Snappy Dashboard credentials and click Sign in

    (To reset your Snappy Multi-Factor Authentication please email help@snappy.com)


    1. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, then you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit passcode

  1. Once complete, you can now use the Snappy Gifts Dashboard

  2. If you need to re-login to your Snappy Dashboard account and if your session is still active, you may be prompted to login. Click Sign In as <EMAIL_ADDRESS>.

  3. After successful authentication, you will be routed to the Authentication Settings for External Systems and the Snappy Gifts Dashboard will be usable.
