Login Issue: Network Error

A Network Error issue could stem from different reasons. Here are a few troubleshooting tips that should help!

  • Your browser has outdated Snappy data saved and requires a browser refresh

    Clear your browser cache for all time and try again

  • Your password is outdated and requires a password reset
    Select "Forgot Password" from our login page here and reset your password.
    Make sure your new password fits the following requirements:

    • Minimum 12 alpha characters

    • At least one uppercase letter

    • At least one number

    • At least one symbol

      • Allowed symbols are: !@#$%^&*"|'()_+?><,-./:;={}`~

    • Your new password should have at least 14 characters total

      • Ex. Californiai$ontheWestCoast1 (please do not use this password).

  • Your company network is preventing Snappy from being accessed
    Please share with your IT team our approved networks here to add our networks for full access.

  • Your IT team might be working on an update internally that might be causing this error
    Please try again in a few hours.

  • An error in connection to a hotspot
    Please try connecting under another wifi network or try again when the internet connection is stronger.
