Is your recipient having trouble receiving their Snappy gift email?
Try the below tips and tricks to get your gift recipient their gift link! 📩
Please have your recipient check their inbox, spam folder, or deleted folder for any emails from email@example.com. If your recipient created a folder to filter Snappy emails in the past, please check this folder as well.
Check with your IT team to ensure Snappy emails are approved. Once your team adds our networks, please resend the gift from the Gift Activity table, and your recipient should receive their gift email.
If your recipient is still running into an issue with their gift, you can pull their unique gift link from the Dashboard by heading to the Gift Activity tab → select the button labeled “Email report” located above the table → download the report and refer to the “Gift Link” column. Please feel free to forward your recipient their gift link to claim. 🎁
