Tips and tricks on how to successfully get your recipient their gift link to claim

Is your recipient having trouble receiving their Snappy gift email?

โ€‹Try the below tips and tricks to get your gift recipient their gift link! ๐Ÿ“ฉ

  • Please have your recipient check their inbox, spam folder, or deleted folder for any emails from info@snappygifts.com. If your recipient created a folder to filter Snappy emails in the past, please check this folder as well.

  • Check with your IT team to ensure Snappy emails are approved. Once your team adds our networks, please resend the gift from the Gift Activity table, and your recipient should receive their gift email.

  • If your recipient is still running into an issue with their gift, you can pull their unique gift link from the Dashboard by heading to the Gift Activity tab โ†’ select the button labeled โ€œEmail reportโ€ located above the table โ†’ download the report and refer to the โ€œGift Linkโ€ column. Please feel free to forward your recipient their gift link to claim. ๐ŸŽ

๐Ÿ’ก Sometimes, your company's firewall network may be updated which can cause future Snappy emails from being delivered, even though they were successfully received in the past. We highly recommend making sure that our networks are updated periodically to ensure that all Snappy emails are being delivered successfully.
