Take total control of your gifting experience by curating a 100% custom collection of gifts.
1. Start Your Collection
There are two ways to create a custom collection: build from scratch or customize an existing collection. Both of these options will be found under Browse Gifts in the left menu panel.
Let's look at those two options together.
Start from Scratch
This allows you to select from specific themes ("tags"), specific gifts, select brands, or a combination of all.
Click the + Create Collection tile.
Edit a Prebuilt Collection
Clone one of our existing collections to add to, remove from, and customize it to fit your needs.
Choose your desired collection and click on the edit pen to clone it.

2. Add Your Gifts
Now it is time to fill your collection! An important note about building collections for multiple countries:
đ Managing Multi-Country Collections
Gift availability is country-specific, meaning each region has its own unique catalog of items. Depending on how you want to curate your gifts, here is the best way to set up your collections:
For Multi-Country Collections (Recommended): If you want to use a single collection seamlessly across multiple countries, we highly recommend using themes or editing an existing prebuilt collection. This ensures the system automatically surfaces similar, locally available items for every recipient, regardless of their location.
For Handpicked Collections: If you prefer to individually hand-select every item, you will need to build a separate, dedicated collection for each country to match their local gift offerings.
Because of the manual work required for handpicking items, leaning on themes and prebuilt collections is usually the fastest and easiest route for global teams!
Using Themes - Let Snappy do the work for you
Pick up to 10 "tags" that match your theme (like Tech, Birthday, Swag, etc.). Snappy will automatically find the best gifts that match those tags.
Select your countries and budget:
Picking Specific Gifts:
Look through our catalog and choose exactly what you want. You can pick physical gifts by category, choose from the top brands, find experiences, or even add your own company swag.
Reminder: Not recommended if sending gifts to multiple countries; use Themes instead.
Any items that you add to your collection will auto-save!
3. Review and Edit Gifts
After you add gifts or tags, you will see a preview grid of your collection.
To update items in the collection, use these easy tools shown above the items:
+ Add Specific Items: Add more gifts by clicking on this section
Edit Themes: Add or change tags
?: Help Center
Edit Countries: Add or edit countries
$$ - $$: Change your budget
XY/80: The number of gifts you have, up to 80 in total!
Hover your mouse over the three dots in the gift tile for additional options:
Pin a Gift: This highlights the gift as the first item each recipient sees. Even if you change your tags later, this gift will stay in your collection.
Remove From Collection: Don't like a certain gift? Easily remove it here!

You did it! đ
Your new list is now saved under the Custom Collections tab. It is ready and waiting for you to use when you send your next gift campaign.
â To delete a Custom Collection:
Click on Browse Gifts > Custom Collections
Hover over the three dots shown above and select Delete Collection.
Once a collection has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
