Gift Reporting
Navigate to the Gift Activity tab.
Use the Filters at the top to narrow down your view by campaign, date, or recipient (see highlighted sections below).
3. Look at the Status column to see where the gift is in its journey:
Sent/Unopened: The notification was delivered, but the link hasn't been clicked.
Opened/Unwrapped: They viewed the digital reveal, but haven't chosen a physical item.
Claimed: Success! They selected a gift and entered shipping information.
Expired: The deadline passed before the recipient claimed a gift.
Need to export this data? Simply apply your desired filters on the Gift Activity page and click the Download Report button in the top right corner. You'll receive a spreadsheet breaking down every interaction, claim choice, shipping status, and cost.
Campaign Reporting: Gifts & Thank You Notes
A PDF detailing the top claimed gifts of your selected campaign
Fields include: recipient name, claimed gift, and thank you note
Need to download this report?
Head to the Campaigns tab
Hover over your campaign β select the 3 dots button β View Report
Select "Export PDF" at the top right-hand corner
This report will download immediately. Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser for the report to download successfully.
