My Recipient never received their gift email

Quick steps to help your recipient locate or receive their Snappy gift link.

Step 1: Search Email Folders

Ask your recipient to search their email inbox for messages sent from info@snappygifts.com.

  • Check Spam & Promotions: Have them check their Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Deleted folders.

  • Custom Email Filters: If the recipient set up custom inbox rules or folders in the past, ask them to search those folders as well.

Step 2: Whitelist Snappy with Your IT Team

If the email isn't in spam, your company’s network firewall or security filters may be blocking incoming Snappy messages.

  • Contact IT: Request that your IT or Security team whitelist Snappy’s sending domain (info@snappygifts.com) and IP networks.

  • Resend the Gift: Once your IT team confirms Snappy is approved, go to Track > Gift Activity in your dashboard, locate the recipient, and click Resend Gift.

Pro-Tip on Corporate Firewalls:

Security networks update frequently, which can occasionally block Snappy emails even if they were delivered successfully in the past. We recommend periodically verifying with your IT team that Snappy domains remain whitelisted.

Step 3: Send a Direct Gift Link

If your recipient needs immediate access while IT reviews the firewall, you can copy their unique gift link directly from your dashboard and send it via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or a direct email.

  1. Navigate to Track > Gift Activity.

  2. Search for the recipient’s name or email.

  3. Click the three dots icon (⋮) next to their entry > select Copy Gift Link.

  4. Paste and send the link directly to your recipient!

Has the recipient already claimed their gift?

If the recipient has already selected their gift and needs help with tracking, shipping updates, or returns, please have them reach out to info@snappy.com.
