Pause/Inactivate Your Campaign ⏸️
Pausing a campaign will prevent future gifts from being sent from that campaign.
Head to the Campaigns tab
Hover over your campaign
Select the 3 dots button to the right
Pause
Any sent gifts that are unclaimed can still be claimed. If you would like to expire these gifts, head to the Gift Activity tab → filter for the campaign → expire all gifts. This will expire all unclaimed gifts.
For any campaigns that were never used, accidentally duplicated, or created as test campaigns, they can be deleted/archived.
Delete/Archive a Campaign 🚫
Head to the Campaigns tab
Hover over your campaign
Select the 3 dots button to the right
Delete Campaign
Campaigns with sent gifts cannot be permanently deleted, however, they can be paused. This means that no future gifts can be sent from this campaign.
