Accidentally sent a gift to the wrong email or number? Need to resend a gift to an updated one? Follow the steps below on how to send a gift to the corrected email/number.
1️⃣ Expire the gift from the Gift Activity tab ⏰
Navigate to the Gift Activity tab hover over your recipient's gift
Select the 3 dots icon
Expire
2️⃣ Update your recipient's information ✏️
Navigate to the Recipients tab
Select "Manually added recipients"
Search for your recipient's entry in the search bar
Hover over their entry and select "Edit"
Update their email or phone number and save
3️⃣ Send a new gift from the same campaign 🎁
Navigate to the Campaigns tab
Hover over the campaign you wish to send from
Select "Send More"
On the Recipients step, search and select your recipient to be added
Send gift!
The gift will be sent to your recipient's updated email or number on file. You can view and track the gift status under the Gift Activity table. 🚀
How to Send a Gift to a Specific Delivery Method
If you want to send the gift to a specific delivery method (ex. email only), uncheck the the other option next to "Send via" as shown below.
