(Note: Any remaining funds in your balance can always be applied to future gift sends or refunded upon request).
How to Check Your Balance & Download Reports
Navigate to your Billing tab on the left side of your dashboard.
Click into the Budget section.
Here, you will see a breakdown for each of your billing methods. You can hover your mouse over the ⓘ icon next to any column header for a quick definition.

Budget Glossary: What Do These Terms Mean?
If you are reviewing your Budget section, here is exactly what each column represents:
Gifts Claimed/Sent
A ratio showing how many total gifts were sent out, and how many of those have actually been claimed by recipients so far.
Sent Gifts Value
The raw value of the gifts you sent (Note: This does not include Snappy’s service fee or estimated sales tax).
Pending Charges
An estimated hold for gifts that have been sent, but haven’t been invoiced yet. As gifts are claimed or expire, this number will decrease.
Finalized Cost
The actual cost of claimed gifts, including the final service fee and exact tax based on the recipient's shipping address. This updates when invoices are submitted at the start of each month.
Remaining Balance (USD)
Your total available balance after subtracting gift costs, fees, taxes, and pending charges. Because Snappy estimates taxes upfront, this number will likely increase as gifts are claimed and actual (often lower) taxes are applied!
