A gift collection is a curated set of gift options that recipients can choose from when they receive a Snappy gift.
Instead of sending a single specific item*, you select a collection at a certain budget level, and the recipient gets to pick their favorite gift from the options available in that collection.
Collections can be organized by theme, occasion, or category (like "Employee Appreciation," "Holiday Gifts," "Tech Gifts," etc.), and they automatically show gifts that match your selected budget and the recipient's country.
This ensures recipients receive something they actually want while giving senders consistency and control over their gifting program.

Think of a Campaign as your template for gifting. Instead of setting up a new gift from scratch every time, a campaign saves all your essential preferences, including:
Budget: How much you want to spend per gift.
Collection: The specific products recipients can choose from.
Customization: Your branding and gift message.
Settings: Expiration dates and delivery rules.

1. You send out gifts
When sending gift choices, we estimate the cost based on the selected gift budget, Snappy's service fee, and 10% sales tax.
2. Recipients claim their gifts
Based on the selected gift, we calculate the final price of the item selected, the applicable tax rate based on the recipient's address, and Snappy's service fee.
3. You save money!
Any difference between the estimated and actual gift cost of claimed gifts is returned to your balance on the first business day of each month and can be used towards future gift sends

You can easily set expiration dates for your Snappy gift campaigns directly from the Dashboard!
When a gift expires, your recipient will no longer be able to claim their gift*. Any funds that are attached to the gift will be returned to the billing method from which it was sent.

Turn on Guaranteed Gift to ensure every recipient receives a giftâunclaimed gifts automatically convert to a Snappy Dining Card of equal value, keeping your budget clear and predictable.

Yes, Snappy periodically sends reminders to your gift recipients to make sure they claim the great gifts you're sending!
Here is the reminder cadence (reminders are sent the same way the original gift was sent (email, SMS, Teams, or Slack).
Days: 1, 3, 7, 12, 21, 28, 35, 42, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270

No, Snappy does not offer gift cards with monetary value. However, we do offer redeemable Snappy Experiences.

Automated Delivery (Snappy Sends It)
Email: The standard method.
SMS: Sends a text message (Numbers only; no custom messages due to carrier rules).
Slack / MS Teams: Delivers via direct message (Available for Elevated & Enterprise plans).
Self-Delivery (You Send It)
Gift Links: Snappy generates a spreadsheet of unique links. You copy/paste them into your own personal emails or DMs.
Gift Codes: Short codes perfect for writing on physical cards.
QR Codes: Snappy does not generate QR codes directly, but you can download the Gift Links list and use a free tool to convert them yourself.
