Types of Gift Campaigns
Spot Rewards (Instant Appreciation)
Best for individual recognition and spontaneous moments. You can send these immediately or keep the campaign active for ongoing use throughout the year.
Best for: Employee of the Month, life events, or "just because" moments.
Unique Feature: This is the only campaign type that allows you to generate gift codes or shareable links.
Scheduled Gifts (Plan Ahead)
Best for bulk gifting. This allows you to set up your gifts now and schedule them to be delivered to a group of recipients on a specific future date and time.
Best for: Holidays, Employee Appreciation Day, or company-wide events.

To Send Gifts
Click the blue "Send Gifts" button > "Browse & Send Gifts"
1. Configure
Countries: Select which countries your recipients reside in.
Budget: Assign your budget per person.
Collection: Select your prebuilt Collection, or Build Your Own Collection. (This feature is exclusive to Elevated and Enterprise plans)
Please note: The Collections available will vary depending on the country & budget.
2. Settings
Delivery Method: Choose how to send the gift
Email, SMS, or generate a specific Link/Code.
Timing:
For Spot Rewards: Leave as "Send Now."
For Scheduled Gifts: Select a specific future date and time.
Expiration: Set how many days the recipient has to claim the gift.
3. Design
Use the Gift Studio to customize the email subject line, greeting card, and reveal animation to match the occasion.

4. Add Recipients
Choose one of three methods:
Upload File: Best for bulk/scheduled gifts. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV) with first name, last name, email (or phone number), and country.
Enter each country as a two-letter code (see list here)
Select Existing: Choose people you have sent to before from your history.
Add New: Manually type in details for a single person (best for one-off Spot Rewards if the recipient isn't already in your existing list).
5. Launch
Test: Click "Send Test Email" to preview exactly what your recipients will see.
Billing: Confirm your payment method is correct.
Finish: Click "Send Gifts" (for Spot) or "Schedule Gifts" (for later).
