Connecting a Snappy Payment Method to Your Store

When you create a new store in Snappy, it will appear as inactive until a payment method is connected. Follow the steps below to activate your store using a Snappy payment method.

Step 1: Add a New Store

Go to the Swag Hub > Swag Stores tab in your Snappy dashboard and click Add New Store.

The newly added store will appear in your list with an inactive status.


Step 2: Activate the Store

Click on Activate Store and select your preferred Snappy payment method from the list.

Please wait a few minutes while the payment method connects. Once complete, the inactive flag will disappear.


Step 3: Change or Update the Payment Method (Optional)

If you need to change the payment method for an existing store:

  1. Click on the three dots (โ‹ฎ) next to the store name.

  2. Choose Change Billing Method.
    โ€‹

  3. Select a new payment method from the list.


Note: The previous payment method will continue to be billed until the date you change it.
