When setting up your campaign, you will have the option of sending the gift through a few different methods depending on the information you have available for each recipient.
Under the Setup page → Notification Settings, you will have the following options:
Email 📧
Send gifts by email.
SMS📱
Send gifts by SMS.
Format: Numbers without any special characters such as dashes or parenthesis.
SMS sample copy: Original gift send & reminder
Can SMS messages be customized?
No, SMS messages cannot be edited or customized. For context, Snappy sends SMS via Twilio and we must adhere to A2P 10DLC Registrations. These require that we submit sample messages that carriers can compare to. Sending a message that differs from the submitted sample messages might result in the carrier rejecting the SMS altogether. This will cause a "content does not match the campaign use case" error.
Note: Not all phone numbers are supported. Here is a list of countries that we support for SMS messaging.

Please note that this is only for Spot Reward campaigns (not Scheduled or Automated) since the links will be generated immediately.
Can I generate QR codes via Snappy?
We do not generate QR codes at this time. However, you can generate gift links on your end and use a QR code generator via the gift links shared.
Both gift links and gift codes will be sent to your email in a spreadsheet once generated.
