If you launched a campaign but realized an individual was missed, someone new just joined the team, or you want to reuse the same campaign for monthly/quarterly recurring initiatives, you don't need to build a brand-new campaign from scratch.
Quickly send a one-off gift using the same budget, collection, and messaging as your existing campaign in four easy steps!
1️⃣ Navigate to the Campaigns Tab
Log in to your Snappy Dashboard and click on the Campaigns tab located on the left-hand navigation menu.
2️⃣ Select "Send More"
Find the specific campaign you want to use. Hover your mouse over it, and click the blue Send More button that appears on the right side.
3️⃣ Add Your Recipient(s)
Clicking "Send More" will take you directly into the campaign setup flow.
Skip to the Recipients Step
Because you are using an existing campaign, you do not need to make any changes to the budget, collection, or greeting message—all of your original customizations are automatically pulled over!
Add the New User
Simply add your missed recipient(s). If they aren't already in your Snappy directory, you can type their name and email directly on this screen.
4️⃣ Review and Send 🚀
Proceed to the final Review & Send step. Confirm your billing method and verify the gift details in the preview panel. When everything looks perfect, click Send Gifts!
💡 Pro Tip: If you want to double-check that your greeting message and digital unwrapping experience copied over correctly, you can click the "Send Test Email" button on the final review step before sending it to your new recipient.
