Whether you need to step away from building a campaign, fix a typo on a live send, or copy an old favorite for a new event, you have full control over your campaigns at every stage.
1. Saving and Editing Drafts
Not ready to send your campaign just yet? You can save it as a draft and come back to it whenever you are ready.
How to save: While building your campaign, any edits you make are automatically saved in real time. You can also click "Save Draft" in the top right-hand corner of the setup screen to exit.
How to resume a draft: Navigate to the Campaigns tab on your dashboard. Hover over the draft you want to resume, click the three dots [ ⋮ ] on the right side, and select "Continue editing."
How to delete a draft: From that same three-dot menu, select "Delete Draft." (Note: Deleted drafts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered).
Campaign Statuses:
Draft: Created and saved, but not yet activated.
Live: Active and currently running (used for automated campaigns).
Scheduled: Set to launch at a specific future date and time (e.g., 7/30/26 at 4:00 PM).
Sent: Successfully launched and gifts have been delivered.
Paused: Temporarily stopped; no new gifts will be sent until unpaused.
2. Editing a Live Campaign
Did you spot a typo in your greeting message, or do you need to extend the expiration date? You can edit a campaign's settings even after it has gone live!
Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
Hover over the live campaign you wish to update, click the three dots [ ⋮ ], and select "Edit."
Make your necessary changes to the budget, collection, or messaging.
Note: Changes are saved automatically. You do not need to "relaunch" the campaign—simply refresh your webpage, and the updates will be instantly applied to all future gifts sent from that campaign.
3. Duplicating an Existing Campaign
If you have a past campaign that performed really well (or you just don't want to rewrite your custom greeting message from scratch), you can easily duplicate it! Duplicating creates a brand-new draft that copies over all the previous settings, collections, and personalized messaging.
Go to the Campaigns tab.
Hover over the past or current campaign you want to copy.
Click the three dots [ ⋮ ] on the right side and select "Duplicate."
A new draft will open automatically. You can now adjust the campaign name, add a new list of recipients, and tweak any settings before launching your next big send!
