Once your gifts are sent, you will likely need to check if they’ve been claimed, resend notifications, or make changes. Here are the instructions to edit, resend, and expire sent gifts.
Pro Tip: Use the menu panel on the right to jump to a specific section.
Editing a Gift's Wrapping or Greeting (Post-Send)
If you need to make changes to a gift's wrapping experience or greeting card after it has been sent, you can do so from the Gift Activity page as long as the gift has not yet been claimed or expired.
To edit a single gift:
Navigate to the Gift Activity page.
Locate the specific gift and click the 3-dots icon.
Select Edit Unwrapping or Edit Greeting Card.
Make your changes in the side drawer and click Save Changes.
To edit gifts in bulk:
On the Gift Activity page, check the boxes next to the gifts you want to change.
From the bulk action menu that appears, select Edit Unwrapping or Edit Greeting Card.
Note: The side drawer will open showing the DEFAULT greeting/reveal.
Make your changes and click Save Changes.
Resending a Gift Notification
Snappy automatically sends reminders, but you can also manually resend a gift notification straight to a recipient's inbox as a reminder to claim. (Note: This does not send a second physical gift).
To resend a single gift: Hover over the recipient's entry and select the blue Resend button on the right.
To resend in bulk: Check the boxes next to the desired recipients' names, then click Resend Gifts at the top of the table.
To resend all: Click the Resend All button located in the unclaimed gifts section of the table.
