How to download a detailed report of your sent gifts

You can always export an organized report of the Gift Activity page! This report will hold all information presented on the gift activity page, along with information such as when a gift has been claimed and the cost of claimed gifts. A detailed breakdown of gifts sent from the Dashboard Additionally, you can retrieve specific gift links and codes for each recipient, offering an easy way to access key delivery details.

  • Fields include: sent date, recipient name, delivery method, campaign name, associated billing method, claim date, thank you note, estimated gift costs, finalized gift costs (if any), gift link, gift code, etc.

Downloading the Report

1️⃣ Log into your Snappy account and navigate to the Gift Activity tab

2️⃣ Filter by campaign name or sent date range (optional) This filtering step helps narrow down results for more concise reporting, particularly for retrieving recipient-specific details like gift links or codes.

3️⃣ Select "Export" on the right-hand side

This report will be sent to your email. Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser to allow for the download.


Year-to-Date Report

If you're looking for a YTD report, filter your Gift Activity table for the year (ex. 01/01/24-12/31/24) → select "Export" → download report → sum up the "Total price" column.

Note: Any fields that are listed as "N/A" means that the gift has not been invoiced yet. Keep in mind, Snappy invoices at the beginning of the month for all gifts claimed + processed (shipped out) within the previous month. A claimed gift can still be marked as "N/A" and will be invoiced within the following month.

💡 TIP: You can always filter via the Campaign dropdown or send date for a more concise Gift Activity Report. Alternatively, if you need gift codes and links immediately, ensure you open the exported file and locate the columns labeled with these details.
