Why can’t I see an employee that I just added to my HR system

After the initial sync is completed, you will see the last synced date, along with the number of imported recipients, in the upper right-hand corner of the connected HR module.

The Snappy Dashboard will sync with your HR platform every 24hrs, but you will be able to manage your connection at anytime via the three dots on the lower right-hand corner of the module!

Sync Now: Syncing happens automatically every 24 hours, however, you can re-sync your data whenever you’d like.

  1. Go to your Integrations Tab

  2. Click the three dots

  3. Choose "All Accounts" where it says "Change to ‘All Accounts‘ view to perform actions"

  4. This will refresh the page so you are viewing it through "All Accounts" instead

  5. Choose "Sync Now". *The time the sync takes is dependent on how many recipients you have

Configuration: Brings you back to the configuration page to edit data source name, grouping, and account assignment.

  1. Go to your Integrations Tab

  2. Click the three dots

  3. Choose "All Accounts" where it says "Change to ‘All Accounts‘ view to perform actions"

  4. This will refresh the page so you are viewing it through "All Accounts" instead

  5. Choose "Configuration"

  6. Check the groups chosen to ensure the recipient is in one that is mapped

7. If any groups are not checked off, click the checkbox next to its name and then choose "Sync" to bring in the additional groups.

*Note: When new groups are added to your integration, the recipients listed in that group do not auto-pull into the dashboard. This is to ensure only groups you want configured into the dashboard do so, and so that no automated gifts go out to recipients not meant to.
