HRIS Integrations is only available for Elevated or Enterprise accounts.
Step 1
Login to your Snappy Dashboard. Click on the new “Integrations” tab available on the left sidebar.
Quick Tour:
The integration page shows every Snappy integration including all current HRIS integrations. This list is constantly being updated! If your HR System is not available today, contact your CSM to get an update on when it will be available.
Step 2:
Making the initial connection with your system is very easy. Simply search for your platform of choice and click on the “Get Started” button.
Step 3:
A pop-up will appear asking for your credentials to set the connection. Every platform has a slightly different set of credentials that are needed to make a connection, so please make sure that you input the correct information.

If you need help finding and setting up your authentication credentials, clicking this link in the module will guide you through the setup and locations of the proper credentials.
Step 4:
Once you submit your credentials, the initial syncing process may take a few minutes - or upwards of an hour depending on how much data you’re processing. You will be notified via email when the process is done and prompted to finish the configuration.
