What is Advanced Mapping?
Mapping a field from your HR system to a field in Snappy other than the field Snappy generically uses.
Here's an Example
When you first connect your HR system to Snappy, Snappy will pull "Start Date" and map the field to "Start Date" in Snappy.
However, you may want to use "Seniority Date" instead of "Start Date" for your Work Anniversary Gift campaign!
Using Advanced Mapping, we can update your integration to pull Seniority Date instead of Start Date! 🚀

What should I do if I want to use Advanced Mapping?
1) First, make sure your initial HR integration with Snappy is set up and working properly.
2) Second, let your Customer Success Manager know exactly what field from your system you want to pull into Snappy and which field, from the list above, you'd like to replace!
