Need to create multiple unique greeting messages for each recipient using one campaign? Here's how!
At this time, there isn't a feature specifically built out for this use-case, but there is a workaround that can be used with our current features by uploading a spreadsheet.
How to Send Gifts with Unique Messages
1️⃣ Create your recipient spreadsheet with the following fields:
First Name, Last Name, Email or Phone Number, Country (use 2-letter country code), and Greeting. Fill out the fields and write out your unique greeting message to that recipient under the Greeting field.
2️⃣ Update Greeting section
When entering the greeting stage of a gift send, clear the main messaging box of any text and simply type "@companyForMarketing." This will be used to draw the messages from your recipient file.
3️⃣ Upload Recipients list
Head to the Recipient step of your campaign and upload the recipient file.
Make sure that your file includes the “Greeting” column, and each recipient have their unique message in place within.
4️⃣ Map "Greeting" to "Company (for Marketing)
When mapping your file, map the "Greeting" field name column to Company (for Marketing) and complete the upload.
5️⃣ Send Gifts
Once uploaded, send out your gifts! The messages will be displayed to the recipients after revealing their gift. 🎁
Please Note 🚨: Unique messages will not be reflected when viewing the gift preview, but this is currently being worked on.
