Want to send someone a gift but don’t have their email address or phone number? No problem. With our gift codes and gift links feature, you can create unique links or codes for your recipients so they too can experience the delight of a Snappy gift! 🎁
Once logged into the Dashboard, simply follow the steps below to generate these unique codes or links for your recipients!
How to Create Gift Codes/Gift Links
1️⃣ Select the blue "Send Gifts" button
Select your countries and budget, and browse through the available collections. To decide on one collection, select "Continue with this collection" at the top right.
2️⃣ Gift Settings
On this step, you will need to adjust your general campaign settings.
Delivery Methods: select the gift codes/links option
Gift Settings: Rename your campaign and set an expiration date if needed
3️⃣ Personalize
Reveal Experience: Select the digital wrapping experience for your gift! We have a variety of different wrapping experiences for any occasion. Feel free to browse through the experiences and select the one that best first the sentiment for your gift.
Greeting: Add a personalized message to your greeting template!
If nothing is changed here, then Snappy's default message will used for your recipients' gifts.
4️⃣ Recipients
Add your lucky recipients! ☘️
For bulk uploads, upload a file to the campaign.
Only the field, "First Name" is required in your spreadsheet.If you wish to include your recipient's first and last names within the greeting, please to include first and last names under the "First Name" field.
If your gift links do not have a specific recipient in mind, feel free to input "Guest" or "Winner" for all fields.
Please Note: Any fields in your gift that uses the "@firstname" merged tag will pull in your recipient's first name listed in the campaign.
Feel free to edit your campaign by removing the @firstname field and changing your greeting, or removing it entirely if you don't have a recipient name.
5️⃣ Review & Send 🚀
Review your campaign details to ensure that everything is good to go! Once you select, "Send Gifts Now," a file of the gift links or gift codes will be sent to your email.
FAQs
How do I generate QR codes?
At this time, Snappy does not generate QR codes. If you wish to create QR codes for Snappy gifts, please generate gift links from Snappy first and then use another website to generate links → QR codes.
My gift code/link file has expired. How do I download another file?
Head to the Gift Activity tab → select the "Email Report" button located on the right-hand side of the table. This will send a new file of your gifts along with their gift links and gift codes.
