How to Send Gifts Globally

Looking to send gifts internationally? Here's how.

Sending Gifts Globally

Because we source gifts locally, gift collections may vary country-to-country. We’ve simplified the process for you to send gifts to up to 40 countries in one campaign:

1️⃣ Create your Campaign

Select Send Gifts → Browse our Gift Catalog to start creating your campaign


2️⃣ Select your countries

  • Select the countries you are sending to

  • Confirm your budget

  • Choose your favorite collection

    • Note: Available collections are based on the countries and budget selected

Please Note: The budget ranges will vary depending on the country you are sending to. If there is no available collection for the budget and country you selected, you will run into an error message.

🌎 All of the following countries can be added to the same campaign:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey* (Türkiye), United Kingdom, and the United States

*Turkey: Gifts are available in this country, however, recipients must change their VPN to another supported country to claim their gift

Need to send gifts to a country not listed above?

Simply set up a second campaign and include the countries outside the above list! The available collections will appear based on the budget for these countries, such as the Snappy Digital Options or Gift Basket collection.

3️⃣ Personalize

Enhance your recipient's experience by personalizing both the wrapping and the greeting message! Click "Edit" to customize the different sections - Email Design, Unwrapping Experience, and Greeting Card.

4️⃣ Add your Recipients

When sending to recipients outside of the US, you must include the countries you are sending to in your upload. You can download our example file from the Dashboard or create your own using the fields below.

Here are the four fields that you’ll need to include:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Country

    • Must be in 2-letter format, ex. US, CA, IN, JP, MX, SP, etc.

      • For a full list of country codes, please click here or download the PDF below.

  • All other fields are optional, and if not being utilized, should be left blank

💡 TIP: If you’re interested in celebrating employee birthdays/anniversaries in the future, add those fields now so your list is ready to go when you are! For more information on uploading Recipients, please refer to this article.

5️⃣ Send your gifts! 🎁

Send yourself a test email, make sure the billing method is correct, and if everything looks good, schedule your campaign or send gifts immediately!
