How to set default branding for campaigns across your organization

Default Settings

The "Default Settings" section allows Dashboard admins to define the default branding and personalization across accounts and campaigns. This means that the same branding/personalization will be automatically be applied to all campaigns under all accounts or a specific account, depending on where the default settings is edited.

The "Default Settings" sections live under both the company settings and account settings.

Company-level settings

  • Can only be edited by Dashboard Owners

  • Customizations will automatically be applied to all campaigns under all accounts

  • To access the default settings: Select your initials at the top right-hand corner of the Dashboard → General → Default Settings

Account-level settings

  • Can be edited by both Dashboard Owners and Managers

  • Customizations will automatically be applied to all campaigns under the specific account

  • To access the default settings: Make sure you're on the correct account → select the Account Settings on the lefthand navigation bar → select the Default Settings section


Gift Branding 🎁

  • Email Design

    • Customize the email subject line and content sent to your recipients.

  • Wrapping experience

    • Set your preferred default for gift wrapping options.

  • Greeting

    • Create a default greeting message that will be included with your gifts.

  • Select "Preview" at the top to preview the changes for account branding.

Advanced settings ⚙️

  • Gift Expiration Date

    • Set a default timeframe for how long gift links will remain valid for (ex. 60 days from send date)

  • Checkout Disclaimer

    • Set a default disclaimer message that will appear during the checkout process for your recipients

  • Redirect URL link

    • Specify a default URL where recipients will be redirected after claiming their gift

  • Disable Gift Reminders

    • Choose whether or not to enable gift reminder notifications by default for new campaigns

Display Name & Logo

  • Company Display Name & Logo

    • Define the name and logo that will be prominently displayed to your recipients within their gifts. This name will be reflected under the merge tag @companyname automatically under all campaigns for all accounts.

  • Account Display Name & Logo

    • Account Display Name
      The default gift branding currently uses the merge tag @companyname which will pull your company display name. By switching over to the account branding, the merged tag will be changed to @accountname, which will populate your Account display name instead for new campaigns.

      Within the Account Branding settings, you can also activate the use of the Account Logo on the Dashboard. Once activated, the Account Logo will replace the default company logo displayed at the top left-hand corner of the Dashboard.

Note: The settings configured in the "Default Settings" tab will only apply to new campaigns created after these settings are saved. They will not retroactively override the settings of any existing campaigns.
