How to select the reveal/wrapping experience for your gifts!

Enhance your recipient's experience by personalizing both the wrapping and the greeting message of your gift on our new "Personalizel" page. This streamlined process makes it easier than ever to customize your gift, ensuring it resonates perfectly with the recipient.


1️⃣ Gift notification email

When you send your gift, the gift will be delivered to your recipient's email listed.

Customize the email your recipient receives in their inbox by adding your own personal touch. This option is only relevant if you set the notification method to "Email" on the Gift Settings page.

2️⃣ Digital unwrapping

Within their gift email, your recipient must select "Get My Gift" to be redirected to their gift link page where they will see the wrapping experience.

Select the themed option that best matches the occasion and sentiment of your gift send. When clicking "Select Another," you will see the full catalog of experiences available to choose from.

Please Note: Some experiences can be customized to your company branding (ex. colors and logo). This feature is only available for Elevated and Enterprise tiers.

3️⃣ Greeting Card

Add a greeting to your gifts and use merged tags (ex. @firstname) to personalize it for all recipients. Think of it as a notecard that accompanies your gift!

  • You can also select the "Switch to Video" option to upload a video greeting instead. This will replace your text greeting.
