All Snappy customers can rely on gift notifications sent via email, SMS, or direct links sent manually. For Snappy Elevated & Enterprise customers, gift recipients can also be notified via Slack with our newest Integration.
If you’ve selected to notify gift recipients via email, you’ll have the opportunity to design and customize the email to align with your company colors, fonts, logos, and more!
1️⃣ Gift notification email
When you send your gift, the gift will be delivered to your recipient's email listed.
Customize the email your recipient receives in their inbox by adding your own personal touch. This option is only relevant if you set the notification method to "Email" on the Gift Settings page.

Customize the Subject Line
Add your logo or another image of your choice to appear in the header of the email
(80x40px minimum dimensions, .jpg or .png file formats accepted)
Personalize the salutation (100 character max)
Custom copy in the introduction (200 character max) and body (1000 character max) of your email
Use the introduction to announce the company or name of the individual who is sending a gift - this gets your recipient excited about what’s to come!
Use the body of the email to share more about the gift experience they’re about to reveal
Add a custom animation (120x40px minimum dimensions, 5MB max file size, .gif file format required for animations) or image (120x40px minimum dimensions, 1.5MB max file size, .jpg .jpeg or .png file formats accepted) for the footer of your email.
2️⃣ Digital unwrapping
Within their gift email, your recipient must select "Get My Gift" to be redirected to their gift link page where they will see the wrapping experience.
Select the themed option that best matches the occasion and sentiment of your gift send. When clicking "Select Another," you will see the full catalog of experiences available to choose from.

3️⃣ Greeting Card
The final step before selecting your gift recipients and sending out your gifting campaign is creating a Greeting Card. A great Greeting Card makes gifting moments matter. Gift recipients will receive and read the Greeting Card message immediately following the digital Unwrapping Experience.
Including thoughtful and personalized messaging relevant to the recipient and occasion helps amplify the thoughtfulness of your gift campaign.
