Snappy's Manager Notifications feature helps your team stay on top of employee milestones and unclaimed gifts, without lifting a finger.
Each month, managers receive a digest-style email with key events related to their direct reports, so you can be sure no important moment goes unnoticed.
What’s Included in the Monthly Email?
On the 1st of each month, managers will receive an email that includes:
🎉 Upcoming Birthdays
🏆 Work Anniversaries
⏳ Unclaimed Gifts (if a gift was sent but hasn’t been claimed)
Each manager only sees recipients they manage, based on the information listed in the recipients ’ profiles.
How to Enable Manager Notifications
You can turn this feature on directly from your Snappy dashboard:
Go to Company Settings → Customizations & Branding
Scroll to Advanced Settings
Open the Manager Notifications card
Choose which events to include:
Birthdays
Anniversaries
Unclaimed Gifts
💡 Tip: You can also exclude specific manager emails from receiving notifications.
How Does Snappy Know Who the Manager Is?
Manager notifications are based on the fields saved in each recipient’s profile:
Manager First Name
Manager Last Name
Manager Email
