How to Use It
Step 1: Enter Your Prompt
Locate the AI Assistant widget on your dashboard homepage. Enter a detailed prompt like:"$100 holiday gift for a loyal customer who loves cooking and outdoor activities."
Step 2: Review & Refine
The AI will generate a draft. You can use the chat tabs to adjust each element:
Collection: Ask the AI to "add more tech items" or manually remove products.
Greeting & Email: Edit the text yourself or ask the AI to "make it more professional" or "make it funnier."
Reveal: The AI selects a theme (e.g., Holiday), but you can swap it manually.
Note: Your company branding (logo/colors) is applied automatically.
Step 3: Send
Once satisfied, we recommend selecting Preview Gift Experience. Once you've reviewed that everything looks good, select Continue to Recipient Section, add your recipients, and then send your gifts!

Be Specific: The more details you provide (interests, budget, occasion), the better the results.
Credit Limits: Essential plan users are limited to 20 AI credits per week (resets Saturday at 8 PM ET). Be specific with your initial prompt to save credits!
