Want to send a Snappy gift but don’t have an email address or phone number? Gift Links and Codes allow you to generate unique, one-time-use URLs that you can distribute however you like - via Slack, LinkedIn, or even printed on a card! 🎁

How to Create Your Links
Follow these 5 steps to generate your gift file:
1. Select "Send Gifts": From your Dashboard, click the blue Send Gifts button. Choose your target countries and budget, and select your preferred collection.
2. Set Delivery Method: On the Gift Settings step, change the Delivery Method to Gift Codes/Links.
Tip: This is also where you can rename your campaign and set an expiration date.
3. Personalize the Reveal: Choose your digital wrapping experience and write your greeting.
Note: If you don’t have recipient names, we recommend removing the
@firstnametag from your message so it feels natural for any user.
4. Add "Placeholders" as Recipients:
For specific people: Upload a file with their first name (last name not required, but helpful for reporting if needed).
For general use: If you don't know who will get the link yet, just type "Guest," "Winner," or "Friend" in the name field.
5. Review & Send: Once you select Send Gifts Now, Snappy will immediately email you a CSV file containing all of your unique gift links and codes. 🚀

How do I generate QR codes?
Once you receive your CSV file, you can use any free QR code generator to turn your unique gift links into scannable codes for printed materials or event signage.
Where is the redemption site?
Recipients can go to snappy.com/redeem to enter their unique code, or simply click the link you provide to be taken directly to their gift reveal.
My link file expired. Can I download it again?
If your link file has expired or wasn’t received, you can always go into your dashboard, navigate to the Gift Activity tab, filter by your campaign, and export your activity report. The report will be emailed to you, and you can open it to view your links and codes in the far right column of the report.
Can I see who has claimed a link?
Absolutely. Check your Gift Activity tab to see which codes have been used and who eventually provided their shipping information to claim their gift.
