My Recipient Placed Their Order But Hasn't Received Their Gift

Shipping Time
Once your recipient selects a gift, most gifts will arrive within a few days. However, shipping times vary based on the gift selected, so please allow up to 14 days for your recipient to receive their gift.

Tracking Gifts
After your recipient selects their gift, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to track their gift. They can click this link at any time to see the status of their package.

Tracking, Delays, and Replacements
For any questions regarding your recipients' gifts such as tracking, delayed gifts, replacements, returns, etc., please have them email our Customer Experience team at info@snappy.com. A team member will be reaching out to your recipient shortly to make sure they get their gift!

🌟 If you are an admin inquiring about a recipient's gift, please feel free to reach out to our CX team directly at info@snappy.com or submit a ticket to the team here.

The CX team will have full insight into your recipient's gift status, and they can provide more information as needed. Please feel free to share this email and link with your recipients if they run into any issues regarding their gift.
