Under the Campaigns tab, you will see that there is a status label next to each campaign.
Below is the definition for the different statuses:
Draft: When a campaign has been created but not yet activated
Live: When a campaign has been activated (for automated campaigns)
Scheduled: When a Scheduled campaign type has been activated, the campaign status will be reflected as the date & time for which it is scheduled. For example, 3/31/23 at 4:00 PM.
Sent: When a Scheduled campaign has been launched for the preset date and time, the status will be reflected as Sent.
Paused: When a campaign is currently Scheduled or Live, it can be Paused (inactivated) if needed. Pausing a campaign will ensure that no gifts are sent automatically or can be sent manually from the campaign moving forward.
Here is how to pause or archive any campaigns that are no longer in use.
