If you are struggling to log into the Snappy Dashboard, here are a few Snappy recommendations:
Password Requirements:
Minimum 12 alpha characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
At least one symbol
Allowed symbols are: !@#$%^&*"|'()_+?><,-./:;={}`~
Please double-check:
When you are entering your email that it is all lowercase
There are no additional spaces before or after your email
You are entering the same email you used to sign up
The email is spelled correctly
As an additional Snappy tip, we recommend checking that you are on snappy.com and not snappygifts.com (for personal gifting). Once there, please select the "forgot password" option to assist with regaining Dashboard access.
