Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Ensure your recipient provides a valid street address for delivery.
Delivery Timeframe: While most gifts arrive within a few days, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. This ensures we can accommodate any unforeseen delays.
Tracking and Managing Gifts
Gift Tracking: Recipients can track their gifts using the gift link provided. Please note that tracking is available only on an individual level, meaning each recipient can track their own gift.
Combining Gifts: If a recipient wishes to combine multiple gifts, you can expire their current gifts and send a new gift for the combined value. This allows for a more personalized gifting experience.
Gift Selection and Options
Gift Collections: Recipients can choose from the curated gift collection provided. While they cannot select gifts outside of this collection, we frequently update our offerings. Encourage them to check back for new options!
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges: We do not offer returns for a refund. However, exchanges are available within a 30-day return window for items that are damaged or defective. This ensures your recipient receives a gift they love.
