Did you lose access to your gift link/code report? Is your recipient running into an issue receiving their gift email or text? No worries here - you can simply download a report with your recipients' unique gift links and sharing them directly instead.

Please follow the steps below:
​Step 1) Navigate to the Gift Activity tab

​​Step 2) Select the button labeled “Email report” located above the table
If you don't see the button, it may be that your browser view is too zoomed in.
Please decrease the zoom until you see the button.

​Step 3) Head to your email inbox and locate the email

Subject line: Gift summary report

​Step 4) Click the link to download the report
​

Step 5) Open the spreadsheet and refer to the “Gift Link” column. Copy the gift link URL and share it directly with your recipient 🚀
