Discover how to utilize Account Branding to personalize the recipient gift experience with a unique account identity.

Updated over 7 months ago

Account Branding empowers you to create a distinct and memorable experience for your recipients while maintaining brand consistency across your platform. By defining your Account Display Name and Logo, you can elevate your brand identity and leave a lasting impression on your recipients.

What is Account Branding?

By turning on Account Branding, you can easily define your Account Display Name and upload an Account Logo, ensuring a more engaging and customized user experience for recipients.

How to Enable Account Branding:

Enabling Account Branding is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings tab

  2. Look for the Account Branding section.

  3. Toggle the switch to turn on Account Branding.

  4. Enter your desired Account Display Name and upload your Account Logo.

Where would the account display name and logo reflect?
The default gift branding currently uses the merged tag @companyname which will pull your company display name. By switching over to the account branding, the merged tag will be changed to @accountname, which will populate your Account display name.
