The time has come where you can finally build your own collection! πŸŽ‰

This feature is only available to Elevated and Enterprise customers.

With the build your own collection feature, you will be able to:

  • Add products using hashtags

  • Pin specific products

  • Shuffle products

1️⃣ Build Your Own Collection

Under Browse Gifts, select the Custom Collection tab and select the tile labeled "Build Your Own Collection."

2️⃣ Select "Start Adding Tags"

Tags are divided into:

  • Product categories (e.g technology, art, interior, etc.)

  • Occasions (e.g birthday, appreciation)

  • Values (e.g women-owned, small business)

Minimum tags for creating a collection is 3, maximum is 10.

3️⃣ View Gifts per Selected Tags

After selecting the desired tags, you will be able to see your collection grid.

  • The maximum amount of products on a grid is 80. Once you hit 80 products, you will receive a pop-up notification letting you know that Snappy will curate the top products from each tag that you've selected.

  • Using the budget and country drop-downs, you can preview how the collection will appear for your recipients.

4️⃣ Optional: Pin Gift & Shuffle Gift

Pin Gift πŸ“Œ

  • You will be able to "pin a product," which will essentially lock the product in place even if you make additional changes to the collection such as replacing the tags.

    • If your pinned product becomes unavailable, a replacement item will populate that's similar to the original item.

Shuffle Gift πŸ”„

  • By shuffling a product, other products within the same category will populate

    • Note: Currently, you cannot remove any products from the collection

5️⃣ Save Collection

Make sure you name your collection before saving it to easier locate your collection for future gift sends. Once created, your collection can be located under the "Custom Collections" section under the Browse page β†’ Custom Collection tab.
