The AI Gifting Assistant helps you create a complete, personalized gift experience in just a few steps. Simply describe the occasion, budget, and recipient profile, and the assistant will generate:

  • 🎁 A personalized custom collection built on the spot with products that match your prompt

  • 📝 A greeting with banner, cover image, and personal message

  • ✨ A reveal animation selected for the occasion

  • 📧 A pre-written recipient email

You can then interact with the assistant to refine each part until it feels just right.

Quick Answer

Enter a prompt like “$100 holiday gift for a customer who loves cooking.” The AI will instantly build a custom collection, create a greeting, select a reveal, and draft an email. You can accept, edit manually, or ask the assistant to adjust any part.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Snappy dashboard.

  2. Find the AI Gifting Assistant widget on the homepage.

  3. Enter your prompt - include the occasion and as much detail as possible about the recipient.

  4. The assistant will generate a complete draft gift experience, including a custom collection built on the spot.

  5. Interact and refine each part:

    • Gift Collection

      • Ask the assistant to include products based on interests (e.g., “add fitness gear”).

      • Or adjust manually by adding or removing items.

    • Greeting & Email

      • Edit text and images yourself, or ask the assistant to rewrite with a different tone (e.g., formal, casual, fun).

    • Reveal

      • The assistant will suggest one based on the occasion (birthday, holiday, new hire, etc.).

      • You can also switch manually to any available reveal animation.

  6. Preview the full gift experience.

  7. Continue to recipient selection as part of the gifting flow.

  8. Review the campaign and billing.

  9. Click Send Gift. 🎉
