When sending out gifts through the Send Gifts page, you will have the option of sending the gift through a few different methods, depending on the information you have available for your recipient.
Email 📧 + SMS📱
Send gifts by either email, SMS, or both. In order to send via both methods, an email and a phone number must be provided.

Format: Numbers without any special characters such as dashes or parenthesis.
Note: Not all phone numbers are supported. Here is a list of countries that we support for SMS messaging.

Can SMS messages be customized?
No, SMS messages cannot be edited or customized. For context, Snappy sends SMS via Twilio and we must adhere to A2P 10DLC Registrations. These require that we submit sample messages that carriers can compare to. Sending a message that differs from the submitted sample messages might result in the carrier rejecting the SMS altogether. This will cause a 'content does not match the campaign use case' error.Snappy App for Slack
